Moaching professional and entrepreneurial mothers on how to balance their careers, family life, and mindfulness.
I am a mother of five children, wife, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a former Asst. Deputy Director, an author, and entrepreneur who has experienced self doubt, a miscarriage, domestic violence, anxiety & depression, & much more. I have mastered the art of balancing it all! Let me "Moach" you to creating the harmonious balance you need that will position you to operate at your maximum potential.
My experience as a mother, wife, professional and entrepreneur inspired me to create a story loosely based on my life that all women could relate to. The main character Nina is a mother whose reality encompasses everything from miscarriage, domestic violence, self doubt and still manages to make her life appear, Picture Perfect.
As an international motivational speaker, I have positioned and empowered women all over the world to operate at their maximum potential. I will bring renewal, enlightenment, and transparency to your next event. Contact me and we can design a workshop or presentation to fit the needs of your organization.
Mind Mastery is essential to knowing who you are because you will eventually become what you think. Everything begins with a thought. So, make today's thoughts worth it because you are worthy!
Nikia Pratt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nineteen years of experience with serving the youths and families of Baltimore City’s foster care system. Nikia started as a frontline worker and throughout the years rose through the ranks to hold positions such as Division Chief, Program Manager, and ultimately the Assistant Deputy Director. As a wife, mother of five children, author, international motivational speaker, and a successful social worker, Nikia is familiar with the complexities of balancing life as a wife, mother, social worker, and entrepreneur. In 2018, she ended a tumultuous fourteen-year marriage filled with emotional abuse and domestic violence. She quickly found herself alone and a single mother of three children. Afraid and by herself, Nikia realized that she was the shell of the woman she once was and quickly became a client in crisis. It was then, she decided to find herself and get to know who she was outside of being a mother and wife. Quite frankly, the journey to interpersonally understanding who she was frightened her. However, she was committed to the process. Nikia found love again and married her middle school sweetheart. Her journey has encouraged Nikia to teach others the importance of knowing who they are and aligning with their purpose. Her motto is “knowing who you are is the roadmap to life”.
